makes 9
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup stevia
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter ( i use Earth Balance)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350*
In a mixer blend flour, stevia, brown sugar and cocoa powder.
Add butter, vegetable oil and milk.
Stir in walnuts.
Spray baking 8x8 baking pan with non stick spray
Bake 9-10 minutes
Nutritional Info Per Brownie:
90 calories, 6.4 grams fat, 0mg cholesterol, 1.2 grams sugar
